The Safe Space

A Place For Recovery

A quiet place to rest, reflect, and begin to heal after narcissistic abuse. Surrounded by nature, this retreat offers safety, understanding, and the space to reconnect with yourself.

Hi. I'm Amanda Marshall, author of "The Cruel Mind". I live deep in the countryside of Central Italy, surrounded by imposing mountains and inspirational landscapes. I would like to invite fellow survivors to share this space with me in order to destress and recover your sense of self.

Reality

After narcissistic abuse, your sense of reality can feel shaken. In a calm and supportive environment, with time, space, and gentle conversations with others who understand, you can begin to trust your own perceptions again.

Sanity

Many survivors are made to feel as though they are the problem. In a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, quiet, and understanding people, you can rediscover the simple truth that your feelings and experiences are valid.

Confidence

Abuse slowly erodes self-confidence. Through rest, nourishing food, sunlight, movement, and small daily moments of peace, you can begin to rebuild trust in yourself and your own inner strength.

Connection

Isolation is one of the deepest wounds of narcissistic abuse. Sharing space with others who truly understand, along with the grounding presence of nature, animals, and open landscapes, helps restore a gentle sense of belonging.

Clarity

Distance from the past can bring a new perspective. In a peaceful environment, with time to reflect and supportive conversations, many people begin to see their experiences more clearly and move forward with greater understanding.

Peace

Away from chaos and constant stress, the quiet rhythm of nature helps the mind settle. Sunlight, fresh air, open views, and the simple beauty of the countryside create space for deep rest and inner calm.
