Who Is This For?
This retreat is for people who have experienced a relationship with a narcissistic or psychologically abusive partner, family member, or close person, and who feel the need for time, space, and understanding in order to recover.

You may have left the relationship recently, or it may have ended some time ago but the effects are still with you. Many survivors arrive feeling confused, exhausted, emotionally drained, or questioning their own memories and perceptions.
You might recognise some of these experiences:
- Feeling as though your sense of reality was constantly questioned or undermined
- Doubting your own judgement, memory, or feelings
- Feeling emotionally worn down, anxious, or constantly “on edge”
- Losing confidence in yourself or your decisions
- Feeling isolated or misunderstood by people who have not experienced this type of abuse
- Struggling to make sense of what happened in the relationship
Recovery from this kind of experience often requires something that is difficult to find in everyday life: a calm, safe environment and the presence of people who truly understand.
This retreat offers a peaceful place to slow down, breathe, and begin reconnecting with yourself again. Surrounded by nature, simple daily activities, and others who have had similar experiences, many people find that clarity, strength, and self-trust gradually begin to return.
There is no expectation that you must share your story, participate in everything, or be at any particular stage of healing. You are simply welcome to come as you are.
