What Will We Do?
There is no strict schedule, but days here tend to follow the seasons and the natural rhythms of the countryside.

Mornings might begin slowly with coffee on the terrace, fresh air, and views across the mountains.
Later in the morning, there may be opportunities to take part in simple activities such as working in the vegetable garden, picking fruit, hunting for eggs, or helping in the food forest. These small, hands-on tasks can be surprisingly grounding and calming.
Afternoons might include creative activities like fluid art, learning a little Italian, making jam or traditional foods together, or visiting one of the nearby villages to explore local life.
Throughout the day, there is always time to relax — enjoying the sunshine, spending time with the animals, swimming in the pool, or sitting quietly with the wide open views of the countryside.
Evenings are often simple and relaxed: cooking together, sharing a meal, listening to music, chatting if people feel like it, or simply enjoying the quiet of the night sky.
Some guests enjoy a gentle walk through the countryside or a longer hike in the nearby mountains, while others prefer quiet time reading, writing, or simply resting.
No two days need to look the same. The intention is simply to provide a gentle rhythm, where nature, good food, fresh air, and supportive company create the conditions for rest and recovery.
